All beamed up!

I was taking photos of a new necklace pendant today and all of a sudden a beam of light touched the vintage crystal. It looked almost like a cyber connection of some kind. I laughed at my thought and took plenty of more pictures. Sometimes all you need is an unexpected beam of light!

Heidi Braids, a frame and some jewelry.

Had a mini photoshoot today in my livingroom and my kitchen. David was taking the photos and I was modelling. It turned out like this:

 I also took some close ups on the Triangle Pendant that is all new in my shop today!

Most of these made it to my etsy shop but we also took some more pics that I think looks fun but doesn't really work as jewelryphotos. Like this one:

Splinter of light and earth.

Often when I make jewelry I fall in love with the shape that comes to life through my fingers. Like this necklace pendant. I can't stop looking at it! It's such a great feeling when you make something and it turns out exactly like, or even better than, you pictured it in your head!

Part two of the hobo dream.

More of the pics I took yesterday of my friend South Africa and my jewelry.
I really like this romanticizing image of a hobo. Not at all like reality, probably, but I don't want to capture reality here. Instead I want a feeling of freedom and power over yourself to shine through.
If you wear your clothes and your jewelry like it's a part of your inner self then it will show; the power, the beauty and the freedom.

Like a hobo

Today me and my friend South africa (I call her that because she lives in South Africa, she's just home to see friends and family for a couple of weeks) went into the park and took some pics for my Etsy shop.
I had this idea of how I wanted the pictures to look and I'm really happy with the result! I think she looks laid back, super cool and really beautiful. And my jewelry looks great on her as well!
She borrowed my old thrifted hat and velvet jacket and sat down in the high grass.
Close by was a guy with a lawnmower just eager to cut all the lovely grass. When he was just next to us the rain started to pour and the battery on my camera died. So, it was obviously time to call it a day.

Photoshoot

Today I took about 950 pictures of my old classmate Erik Josefssons amazing clothes. The model was my beautiful friend Fia.We went to this rough part of the city that I really like for photoshoots. The weather was crazy and changed from bright sun to rain and from cold to really hot in seconds.
I think the result is really nice, or what do you think?  Heres a little preview.

Fresh Fish.

This weekend I was a part of the big fashion fair and competition  Fresh Fish. It was a really great experience and even though I didn't win it felt rewarding.

I love meeting customers and it feels great to be able to explain the meaning behind every piece of jewelry. I met lots of new friends and for the first time I got to see my jewelry on the catwalk!

The girls behind Bra Hjort makes really amazing and colourful clothes! They are quite crazy and adorable as well.
